No. Finder, the Dock, and Quitty itself are always protected and will never be closed.
Since Quitty is distributed outside the App Store, macOS shows this warning. Right-click the app and select Open, then click Open in the dialog. This is a one-time step. You can also run this in Terminal: xattr -cr /Applications/Quitty.app
