By downloading, installing, or using any Codenta software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
When you purchase a Codenta product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your personal devices. You may install the software on multiple Macs that you own, for your personal use.
Some products offer a free trial period. During the trial, you may use all features without restriction. After the trial expires, a license must be purchased to continue using the software.
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied, email support@codenta.us with your purchase details.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Codenta does not warrant that the software will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.
In no event shall Codenta be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or any other commercial damages.
